  • Brown oval wicker basket, approx. 12″ x 18″.
  • Desert Foam® Green Dry Floral Foam Brick:
    2 5/8″ x 3 1/2″ x 7 7/8″, one
  • Floral Moss, 1 pkg.
  • Echeveria plants, approx. 5 1/2″ wide, three.
  • Phalaenopsis Orchid, approx. 18″ tall, three.
  • Tree twigs, varying heights approx. 18″ – 25″ tall, three.
  • Charcoal rocks, ten.
  • Floral cutter.
  • Glue gun and glue sticks
  • Floral cutter


  1. Glue foam brick to inside bottom of basket.
  2. Grouping together on left side of foam, insert echeveria plant stems.
  3. Refer to photo for placement. Insert two orchid stems angled toward opposite side of foam brick. Using floral cutter, cut off bottom leaves and roots of remaining orchid stem. Insert into middle of brick.
  4. Visually measure and trim three twigs to lengths as shown in photo. Insert twigs among around orchid stems, at an angle.
  5. Use glue gun to attach moss around florals and completely cover foam brick.
  6. For finishing touch, place rocks in basket around arrangement or around outside of basket.


  • Place basket on its side and build arrangement for shadow box effect.
  • Use Artesia® Wet Floral Foam and insert fresh flowers.
  • Change out flowers for different seasons.
